Chris Graham and Olin Schultz, owners of MoreBeer!, have done it again! After last year's adventure of hiking to the top of Mt. Whitney and brewing a batch of beer, they decided to take it a step further this year. This time, they're brewing a batch of beer on a drift boat while fly fishing on the Kenai River in Alaska! But the adventure doesn't just end there, because they decide to serve the beer on the last day of their trip, requiring them to force ferment hot and fast (with the help of Kviek yeast) in order to have the beer ready to drink within 6 days of brewing. Watch and enjoy, then let us know where we should have our next adventure brew! ➡️ Watch Chris and Olin BREW ON TOP OF MT.
